These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Napisati ("Service"), operated by Napisati ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Napisati is an AI writing assistant that learns your personal writing style through a continuous feedback loop. Core features include:
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@napisati.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account or access tokens with others unless you are on a Team plan, in which case each seat must correspond to a distinct individual.
Napisati offers Free, Writer, Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All prices are in euros (€) and inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied, in compliance with EU consumer rights law (Directive 2011/83/EU). After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact billing@napisati.com.
If a payment fails, your account will be placed in a "past due" state. You have 7 days to update your payment method before access is restricted to the Free plan limits.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice and without refund.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Your text, style rules, and generation history are used exclusively to generate responses for you.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any law or third-party rights. We are not liable for content you generate or publish using the Service.
AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing or relying on it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.
Copyright in AI-generated output may be uncertain under applicable law. You assume all risk and responsibility for how you use generated content.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily restrict access without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napisati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer law.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently erased and any active subscriptions are cancelled immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. We will give you notice unless doing so would cause harm to others or is prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
